Wanted: An Honest Man by Cricket Rohman
A teacher. A lover. A survivor.
All Lindsey wants is her own happily ever after.
Lindsey, a kinder teacher, is brilliant in the classroom where inquisitive and humorous children surround her. Unfortunately, unwanted sinister challenges invade her off-hours.
After learning the shocking truth about her ex-husband, she doesn’t want to be alone. By chance, Lindsey meets a handsome grad student with a propensity to play detective. His eyes are on Lindsey. But will his heart follow?
She isn’t ready for new love, but men find her anyway. Her 180-pound mastiff, Wendell, thinks he can solve her problems. Sometimes, he does. He’s lovable, he’s loyal, and … he’s the teacher’s pet.

Author Bio:
Cricket grew up in Estes Park, Colorado, and spent her formative years among deer, coyotes, and beautiful blue columbine. Living on the boundary line of the Rocky Mountain National Park, she could wander in by stepping out the backdoor.
Today Cricket is a full-time author writing Sweet Romance, Westerns, Women’s Fiction, and Romantic Mysteries about cowboys, teachers, the great outdoors—even Alzheimer’s. So far, there is a delightful dog in each of her novels.
Before heading down the mountain to attend college in Greeley, Colorado, Cricket took up playing the guitar and sang with her brilliant brother’s folk group, The Sundowners, later called Friendship Sloop. During these singing years, she was bitten by the show-biz bug and appeared in TV pilots, numerous commercials, and theatrical voice-overs.
