Author Bio:
Teresa E. Nelson works as a pastor and author. A high school teacher encouraged her to write stories, and although it took a number of years, she now pens truths and tales hoping to inspire and intrigue readers. Her residence in central rural Minnesota is her place of inspiration as she often peers out of window at the wildlife freely roaming the fields. It’s not difficult to allow her mind to freely roam to the characters she has created in her novels, and to give them opportunities for purpose and adventure.
Her personal purpose is to delight her readers with intriguing story-lines while introducing them to life’s greater purposes and callings. Her wide experience over the years with career opportunities in social services and education have prepared her for her ministry and writing endeavors. Of particular interest was her work teaching academics and Bible truths in the local jail.
Her family of four adult children, their spouses and nine grandchildren provide enjoyment often in her and her husband’s life. Memories are made as they hunt, fish, play cards and games together. Of course, stories are told with family and friends as they gather around the large kitchen table over a tasty meal or at least a good cup of coffee and something sweet to eat.
Teresa is a student of many things, including the Bible and learning the things of authorship and publishing. Her accordion play provides comic relief.
