N.L. Nelani is a learning and development professional, and the author of Understanding Workplace Burnout. Her work operates in the self-help niche and is particularly interested in the understanding and prevention of burnout. Teaching is a central part of Nelani’s professional life, and with the recent launch of her publishing company, Nelani’s Book Corner LLC, she is eager to find new ways to teach and mentor others. Nelani has been in full-time employment since the age of 16, and she has experienced burnout firsthand. Knowing that she is far from alone in her experiences, she is determined to help others manage the symptoms of burnout and learn how to prevent it from recurring. She is passionate about helping people understand the difference between regular stress and workplace burnout, recognizing that it’s possible to love your work and still fall prey to overwork. Her goal is to help people continue to find joy in their careers without being worn down by daily life.
