Helen Humphreys, author of The Unstoppable Dream, sailing adventure, grew up in Canada, earning a Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. She is a Reiki Master, Shamanic Touch Master, Medium, Clinical Hypnotherapist and sailor. Helen and her husband, Mark, reside in Jacksonville, Florida.
