I am Michael Kublin, Since 1996, I work with leaders, teams and organizations leading a coaching and development company called PeopleTekCoaching. I live in Fort Lauderdale, have 2 wonderful children Jacquelyn and Harrison. My team consists of 30-40 certified Executive Coaches from all over the world. Mainly USA. We service clients such as American Express, Bank United, Cox Media Group , Rybovich and many others. Prior to PeopleTek I worked for EDS and Ross Perot and also American Express in Information Technology and Sales/Marketing. Our main PeopleTek program is called The Leadership Journey and there are 12 areas of focus. It is a self reflective process using 5 tools and assessments like 360 degree feedback.
