Author Bio:

Barry L. Becker is a retired marketing consultant with experience in biometrics technology. He retired in 2013, after running Becker Marketing Associates for 22 years.
He previously served from 1984-1991, as vice-president of international marketing and sales for Eyedentify, an Oregon defense contractor specializing in eye-retinal biometrics scanning technology for positive Identification of individuals attempting to access sensitive facilities. The primary customers were ministries of defense, intelligence agencies, nuclear power plants, defense and aerospace companies, financial institutions, and banks. He traveled over 500,000 miles during this period.
In 1987, his article “Eyedentify Counters Security Threat” appeared in the Journal of Defense and Diplomacy. The Ericksen Connection received a 4.5-star rating out of 5.0 from the San Francisco Book Review. The novel is A Mark Ericksen Thriller Book 1 and continues to Book 2 in the series with The Ryzhkov Vendetta.
Mr. Becker graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts Interdisciplinary. He has completed Executive Programs at both Columbia Graduate School of Business and Stanford Business School. Mr. Becker is a military veteran. He and his wife reside in Oregon.
