Andrew Wells and Francis Queeley Wells are both proud military veterans—Francis served in the Army, and Andrew in the Navy. From the beginning, military life instilled structure, discipline, and focus into their daily lives. That discipline still runs strong: every day, Francis leads PT (Physical Training) in the morning, and again after work.
Known affectionately as the Sergeant Major, Francis brings relentless drive to everything she does and never gives up until she gets what she wants.
