He has worked in Youth Ministry, Associate Pastor, and Christian teaching roles, in addition to a three-decade career in the Publishing, Technology, and Healthcare industries. His degrees were earned in Theology/Pastoral Studies and Behavioral Sciences and an MBA in Technology Management.
