Until Reggie finds an undeniable chemistry with another man, the mysterious “X.” He’s forbidden fruit, and Reggie’s shame in her attraction means this Army combat vet’s identity can’t be revealed–yet. He’s inaccessible, and has a damning way of calling her bluff on her couldn’t-care-less front.

Author Bio:
Vanessa Zian grew up writing her own little poetic rhymes as a child. She attended University of Delaware as an undergrad studying English and Art. After graduating, she flew out to California for interviews with various schools’ MFA programs in Creative Writing.
It was on that trip that her boyfriend, a newly recruited Air Force airman, proposed to her. She said yes, but had a choice to make—follow him in his military career, or stay behind and pursue her writing dreams.
Vanessa chose love, and it was the best decision of her life. Her career led her to a master’s in Counseling Psychology, and she continues to work as a lay-on-the-couch-and-tell-me-your-problems therapist. Writing remains her passion, though, and romance and kickass female characters with their own unique journeys are her specialty.
Midnight to December is her debut novel.
