Author Bio:
Sports and games have always been a passion of mine. So in early 2016, I started playing Texas No-Limit Hold’em and gravitated toward the game quickly.
The poker math fascinated me, so I pulled out my MBA statistics book and learned how probabilities are determined. I did multiple equations to understand the math at a visceral level.
I initially played free-roll tournaments in the outlying cities of Austin, Texas. When poker rooms came to the Austin area, I began playing there. I continue to read, study, play and evolve as a player. I am fascinated by the strategy, complexity, and fun of the game.
Finding serious gaps in the poker math, I released Mastering Poker Math, Volume 1 in late 2018. It has been successful with great reviews.
I continued to study and take notes. Finally, I realized another book was needed that digs even deeper into the math. Thus, Mastering Poker, Math Volume 2 was born. Both books impart my knowledge, experience, and insights into poker math and integrating it with your other poker skills.
