Author Bio:
The love for Psychology and Human Behavior started at the young age of 10 when Julian begged for a college Psychology textbook at a yard sale. Being an empath assisted in the career of helping others when working on private duty with the elderly specializing in Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. Although assisted others, Julian struggled with symptoms of depression, Complex PTSD, and anxiety caused by childhood trauma and abuse. After reading an article about NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) that dealt with the removal of emotional responses to memories, Julian found relief from the suffocating symptoms where traditional therapies had failed. This was life-altering! No longer being a victim by overcoming traumas led to the pursuit to assist others to break free from their symptoms and live happier lives. With this renewed passion for life, purpose, and a deep desire to help others, flamed the fire to education in Psychotherapy, CBT, Life coaching, and becoming a certified NLP Practitioner. When not writing or continuing education, spending time with three grown daughters and three grandsons is center stage.
