Author Bio:
Rebecca Bergeron-Dubay is a life coach and teacher who resides in lovely New Jersey. She was widowed at thirty-two when she was two months pregnant with her younger daughter. At the time, her older daughter was one-and-a-half years old.
Rebecca is now remarried, working as a Spanish teacher and life coach with a passion for helping others move forward. From that perspective, she hopes that this book will help kids and their families during their most challenging times.
Over the years, Rebecca has found that the ‘positive thoughts exercise’ in this book is especially helpful—often thinking:
“I am brave.”
“I am confident.
“I am strong.”
“I can get through anything.”
And she thinks others who try it will feel the same way!
