I no longer suffer from ANY illnesses and no longer hooked up to a machine to breathe at night. I don’t count calories, carbs or pay attention to portion sizes, I only listen to my body. I don’t have to make a special meal for me, while creating yummy meals for my family. We eat together; one meal that we all want and choose.
In this book, I will share with you the ingredients to avoid to lose weight and heal your body. I’ll also share some of my favorite recipes, and yes, I still eat pizza, fried chicken, wings and so much more on a regular basis and to date have not gained weight, or the diseases back!
