Featured Interview With Yann Opsitch
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
Yann was born and raised in Paris France. He is the author of several works in French, including “Paroles du Christ sur la Montagne”, “La Sagesse et l’Adversité”, His most recent book in English “Dialogues on Revelation with John the apostle » was published in the United States in July 2022 by Sulis International Press (Keledei Publications).
He and his wife Rita live presently in Abilene Texas and part of the year in France.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
At the age of 14 when in boarding school with nothing to do on most week ends but read, mainly Victor Hugo, Balzac, Jean Giono.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
Victor Hugo (including the poetry)
Jean Giono
Marcel Proust
American writers on social issues.
