Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I am a Lawyer by qualification. I was born in New Delhi, India and am still living in the same city. I do not have any pets as of now but I would definitely have one when my daughter is old enough.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I became fascinated with books at quite a young age and started writing when I was in High School. However, I fell out with my parents and financial troubles forced me to forget all about it for several years.
It was in 2013 that I published my first book, “Annihilation : Almost – Time to start again”. It was the first book that I had written in 1998 but as luck would have it, got around to getting it published only after fifteen long years when I took up writing again.
Now, I have given up on my banking career of several years to take up writing full time.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I love Jane Austen, Shakespeare, Ved Vyas, Premchand, and Homer. I am a kind of reader who does not restrict oneself to any particular genre.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
My latest book is Book One of a three – book series, “The Converts” and is titled “Battle of New York”. It is centered on a worldwide war against zombie domination but has plenty of battleground action, a mystery and a smattering of science – fiction to make it quite wholesome rather than the usual zombie stuff.
