Featured Interview With Philip G Henley
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I was born on a farm in rural Bedfordshire England. After school and a couple of years of civilian work I spent nearly 18 years in the Royal Air Force specialising in command and control. After returning to civilian life I have worked in project and bid management. I now live in Hampshire in the UK
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I have always read a lot but I only started writing stories in 2005 but I did not publish until last year. Since then I can’t stop
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
Le Carre, Neal Stephenson, Forsyth, Deighton, Asimov, Clark, Follet and more recently Scarlett Thomas and Hilary Mantel. Then there are lots of new Indie authors. I used to stick to spy thrillers and SciFi but i have been expanding my repetoire.

Tell us a little about your latest book?
I have two just out the first part of a new Sci-Fi series called The World of Fives, which is set a 1500 years in the future about a a Geographic Observer, think Star Trek meets Star wars meets well I’ve tried to be original. The second new book is a sequel spy thriller to my first book. The new one is called An Agent’s Rise
