Featured Interview With Philandis Stovall
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
My name is Philandis Stovall. Age 30. I have a passion and background in music, modeling, forensic science etc. I was born and raised in Greenville, MS. I currently reside in Houston, TX. And I have no pets.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I realized my fascination with books around the age of 4 or 5. I started writing around the age of 5.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I have many authors I admire and like to read but to name two I will say Stephen King & E.E. Cummings
I like many genres.
My fave genre would probably be Poetry.
There’s no one person who inspires me
I’m inspired by whoever I’m reading at the time of which inspiration hits.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
Well, my lastest book took me two weeks to write in its entirety. I was completely focused and I gave myself a deadline to get the job done. I knew the story already the before, the during and the after. I lived it! So all I had to do was write it. Even Though the Storm, I kept my faith strong and found hope with a situation that at times felt hopeless.
