Featured Interview With Kopus Mellini
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
Kopus Mellini is a Los Angeles born and raised rapper, actor, screen writer, and author. He lives with his lovely girlfriend Ericka and his playful Yorkie Boo.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
My grandmother use to tell me a story every night before I went to bed. She didn’t read to me, her stories were birthed out of her imagination. As soon as I learned to read I discovered there were thousands of stories out there for my curious mind to digest. I wasn’t much of a writer until I hit my late teens. Since then I’ve written hundreds of songs, several screenplays, and three books, all of which I’m releasing the first quarter of this year.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
My favorite author as a child was R.L Stine, of Goosebumps fame. I read mostly nonfiction currently, but I still indulge in a Stephen King novel from time to time.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
Creativity and Cryptocurrency bridges the gap between artists and the most fascinating technology I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s more of a reference guide than a book, an introduction into the way cryptocurrency is revolutionizing the creative atmosphere.
