Tell us a little about your latest book?
The first book I wrote was a devotional entitled “You Are Not Alone”, 21 Day Devotional of experiencing God’s Promises, Comfort and Faithfulness in Challenging Times.
I wrote this book in the pandemic when I was studying in Canada and away from my family. I had just completed college and was unemployed. Due to the travel restrictions, I wasn’t able to travel to even see my family. In order to keep my sanity, I would go to the park and write.
I also loss my brother during this season so writing was therapeutic for me.
On our journey of life, no matter how much we plan, there are some storms that will take us by surprise. Coronavirus is one such storm that we can all relate to. Sometimes on our journey of life, we may feel as if we’re alone and our hearts cry, “God where are you?”
The intensity of the storm sometimes weighs heavily on us like a flower that bends it’s head in a heavy gush of wind.
Different seasons grace us with a financial crisis, lost of a love one, sickness, unemployment and isolation. Sometimes it feels like all hell is breaking loose and breakthrough is in the very distant future. But, whose report will you believe?
Will you believe the report of the Lord, which speaks Faith over Fear?
Will you embrace God’s truth and promises and denounce the lies of the enemy?
You’re not alone in your situation, God is with you always.
