Featured Interview With Juliette Douglas
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
Mom to six rescue pets, two dogs and four cats, the author lives in Kentucky where she enjoys spinning tall tales. In real life she washes, waxes and details boats in the Kentucky Lake region. Juliette Douglas is also fortunate to have as her neighbor Arctic Bright View who played Silver in the 2013 remake of the film The Lone Ranger.
With two western novels published under her belt and working on the third, her books appeal to teenagers, men as well as women. The third sequel in the Freckled Venom series will debut in the spring. Titled: Freckled Venom – Skeletons.

At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
Juliette Douglas has always had a love for reading, but did not realized she had a talent for spinning tall tales until seven years ago when she woke up with a story in her head. That story took on a life of its own becoming The Freckled Venom Series. A new twist on an old west story with a freckled redheaded female bounty hunter.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I tend to read anything from cozy mysteries, to Louis L’Amour Clive Cussler and many more.
