Featured Interview With Hadi Tajfar
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I was born and raised in Iran and currently reside in the same country, working in the private insurance sector.
In addition to my full-time job, I work as a strategic business consultant and content creator, focusing on the use of artificial intelligence in sales and management.
I hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering.
While I don’t have any pets right now, I enjoy spending my free time reading, writing, and exploring emerging technologies.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I discovered my passion for books in my early teens. I was fascinated by how authors could build worlds with words and communicate complex ideas so clearly.
Although I started writing smaller essays and articles in my university years, I became a dedicated writer in my forties.
My professional experience in business and insurance inspired me to start writing practical books for entrepreneurs and professionals.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I enjoy reading business, strategy, and innovation books. Some of my favorite authors include Clayton Christensen, Eric Ries, and Richard Rumelt.
In the field of AI and technology, I’m particularly inspired by Andrew Ng and Tim O’Reilly for their clear, future-focused thinking.
My writing is often influenced by real-world challenges professionals face, and I aim to offer actionable solutions through my books.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
My latest book is titled AI-Powered Professional Selling.
It explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the sales process and gives practical guidance to salespeople, consultants, and business owners.
The book shows how AI tools can help generate qualified leads, personalize client outreach, and improve conversion rates.
Rather than being overly technical, the book is designed to be accessible to all readers—especially those looking to modernize their sales strategies using real, tested tools.
This is my third book, following Using the Business Model Canvas to Deliver Insurance Services and AI-Powered Business Ideation to Income.
