Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I’m a Medical Technologist who worked 20 years in the medical field, including Honolulu and Arizona.
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
As a child, I read all the time. I began writing in my forties and started by selling short stories about my family to magazines. I’ve written memoirs and one romance novel which has been published.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I like to read nonfiction and history. I also like mysteries, such as Janet Evanovitch and Mary Higgins Clark.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
“Conquering Challenges – A Working Mother’s Story” is a funny, poignant, occasionally dramatic memoir about my years working in the medical field.
