Tell us a little about your latest book?
In Women’s Anxiety Devotional Workbook, I share how anxiety challenges one’s faith and prohibits one from living the abundant life Jesus promised. I also share my personal story of my own struggle with anxiety in the introduction and I then provide effective techniques and resources I found beneficial in my own journey to overcoming anxiety throughout this workbook.
Through straightforward and easy to follow exercises, I uniquely intertwine a Christian approach with my clinical expertise to teach Christian women how to manage stress with God’s Word and other tools.
I created this workbook as a resource for Christian women who desire to learn to manage anxiety through faith. My prayer is that God will use this as a tool to help each reader learn, grow and experience victory in every area of their life.
