Draegan Mother – The Dragons’ Clan Book 2 by Dana Ladell
Loreli went insane when she completed The Ritual to awaken her Gifts, wreaking havoc on all those around her. During her time on the run, she finds a lost dragon egg and bonds to Aquira, who is more cracked than she is. The future of The Clan depends on Mikhail, her husband, getting Loreli and her sociopath of a dragon back, but it won’t be easy.
Meanwhile, Loreli and Mikhail’s daughter, Sheridan, the youngest Apprentice Seer in the history of The Clan, struggles with her newly awakened Gifts. At the tender age of four she can’t block out the “thought traffic”–mental ruminations–of anyone around her. It bombardes her mind incessantly, making it impossible for her to perfect the use of her many strong Gifts. Will she master control of her Gifts or meltdown completely?
Then Sheridan is kidnapped by an unknown adversary. The Clan is frantic! She is the key to the future of more than The Clan’s survival. Will The Clan get her back, or fade into extinction?

Author Bio:
Dana was a science teacher in a previous career, but since her
husband retired, she now focuses on her writing career. She has been married over 30 years and has 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, ages 16-28. The boys both went into the Navy to serve our country. The girls are in high school, participating in various sports and activities.
From the time she learned to write, Dana has been scribbling stories in notebooks, eventually publishing her first book, Draegan Heir, on Amazon last year. In her free time, she loves visiting with family members, listening to music, enjoying the outdoors with her husband, and snuggling with her kitty, a tortoiseshell-calico mix named Bristle. Reading is also something she loves to do when she isn’t writing. Anne McCaffrey, Robert Jordan, and Anne Rice are some of her favorite authors.
