Dead of Winter (Deadly Seasons Book I) by Antoinette McCormick
Step into a world where winter conceals chilling secrets and death lurks within every season. The Deadly Seasons series transports readers into a realm where the boundaries of life and death, sanity and insanity blur; and the changing seasons become a backdrop for sinister mysteries.
Can a dead woman’s memories unmask her murderer?
Ten years ago, someone brutally murdered Amara’s twin sister, Nisha. No one ever found her killer… No one found any evidence at all. Now, through a controversial new technology–memory reconsolidation–Amara hopes to catch a killer by having Nisha’s memories implanted in her mind.
What she doesn’t know is that Nisha’s killer might be something more than human…
Something capable of manipulating time and memory…
Something with an appetite for flesh and blood!
As each deadly season unfolds, the pursuit of truth becomes more perilous as each successive protagonist battles the unthinkable. Can they unravel the secret at the heart of these sinister events before they become the next victim?
