About Catalytic Leadership: 12 Keys To Becoming An Intentional Leader Who Makes A Difference:
A catalytic leader is one who begins or accelerates significant change or action with a powerful impact. These leaders want to see significant change or action in their organization, in advancing their mission, or in developing their team and other leaders. And they take action to make it so. They don’t just react to the circumstances around them; they are proactive in changing the circumstances.
This type of leadership begins with the mindset of the leader. As he has coached and invested in church, business, nonprofit, and government leaders for nearly thirty years, William Attaway has discovered twelve key principles that can apply to and help leaders where they are. No matter where you lead, these principles will help you learn to intentionally grow and thrive.
