Transformational leadership is a process that changes and transforms people. Female leadership is naturally a transformational one. Women leaders are capable of outstanding achievement. Transformational women’s leadership can have a place in institutions or programs to help them develop their skills. Female leaders inherit transformational leadership because women care about others and put their heart and effort into transforming others and arriving at a safe port.
The manuscript reviews the status of employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership for females in the USA and Latin America, the challenges, issues, achievements, and the needed path to overcome these challenges for having more women in leadership positions. One of the topics relevant to developing transformational female leadership is the importance of believing in oneself.
The Pygmalion Effect is reviewed concerning transformational leadership, understanding that there are two main types of Pygmalion effect. The first is the Pygmalion effect when you have expectations about someone and treat them according to those expectations. How you treat people causes them to act according to your expectations. The second type of self-fulfilling prophecy is where people change their behavior to match that prophecy. Both cases are explained and related to transformational leadership to help improve female leadership.
In the end, it is presented in practical terms, the testimony of 15 female Pygmalion and transformational leaders. Those leaders were selected because they have something in their stories that transcend their original environment and expectations and become extraordinary women and leaders. Still, more than that, they are essential to our book because they have transformed others through their leadership and are excellent Pygmalion examples to follow. Because despite many adversary situations, they kept dreaming and believing they could. And because, after all, despite their greatness, they are still helping others to think they also can, making these examples very special.
This book has written examples of people as real as us, common origins, a common ground where we can find inspiration and role models to look for us as in a mirror and imagine possibilities to deploy our internal leadership. The intention is to see these role models as aspirational and doable examples. That can help more women reading these lines to believe in themselves, aspire more, work harder, transform others, and in general do as many steps as possible described in this book and hopefully be enlisted in the second edition of this book or your books of leadership.

Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I became an author 3 years ago during the pandemic. God told me that he wanted me to share my story with more women by becoming an author. I write about my journey with endometriosis. As well as the importance of advocating for yourself and your health. Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women but isn’t talked about much. I have lived in the Midwest my whole life. I think living in the Midwest is one of the reasons that it took decades for me to get an official endometriosis diagnosis. There are no official endometriosis specialists in my state and the closest one is 4 hours away in a neighboring state. No, I don’t have any pets.

At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I have been a lifelong reader. My fascination with books started in elementary school. I loved checking out books from both the school library and local public library. I have had my library card since I was 8 or 9 years old. I have always had a lot of books around. The Scholastic Book Fair was always one of my favorite days!

I officially started writing for my first collaborative book Women Inspiring Nations Volume 3- I’m Still Standing in September 2020. I was 39 years old and only had less than two weeks to write my chapter of 1,500 words.

Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I love to read Kimberla Larson Roby, Michelle Obama, and Sarah Jakes Roberts. I like non-fiction, Christian, fiction and thriller books. I get my inspiration from God because he is the one who wanted me to become an author.

Tell us a little about your latest book?
I have some collaborative books coming out this summer. One is called Keys to Passion. Purpose and Profits. I talk about how my passion turned into my purpose than profit.

I have another female based collaborative book that I am apart of called Women Who Prosper: Your Time to Flourish Is NOW! This book is all about inspiring women to flourish and grow!

Another collaborative book that I am that is being released this Fall soon is a devotional called Joy 365 A Devotional For Joy Restoration. It’s a devotional for 365 days sure to bring you joy all year!

I am also working on my solo book projects.

I am 50 years old women, mother, married, entrepreneur, writer, researcher, volunteer, author of several articles and books. At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I love to write since I have memory, I was in elementary school and was in charge of speeches at the end of the year and so on. During my professional studies, since I was very dedicated to studies, I had the privilege to prepare some speeches in front of important people. In recent years I volunteer for the local PMI chapter as editor and my articles were well received, I was upgraded to VP of Communications and later a President of the chapter. In the last years I was contributing to projectmanagent.com and pmworldjournal sharing part of my knowledge and expertise and then I realize I can continue publishing on my own. My main focus is on business, leadership, projectmangement, and mainly I am woman promoter. However, I am preparing my first novel for next year.

Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
Well I have been involved in reading a lot of novels lately but most of them in Spanish. So my favorite author is Gabriel García Márquez, I believe everybody knows him but in case you dont, he won the Nobel Literature Prize, colombian by birth but mexican by hearth. He has a wonderful narrative and his imagination was out of this world. Then is Dan Brown also well known by many because of his success in his novels.

Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I am a Chicago native who moved to Southern California about six years ago. I am a diehard Chicago Bears fan, no matter how bad they play. I am a superfan of fantasy fiction and also love Historical fiction. I love to read stories that take you away to magical places or to other times. I have two dogs and one cat who I also like to call my ghost writer, as she is by my side whenever I am writing.

At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
I realized my fascination with books at an early age. Both my parents were librarians. My dad worked at the main branch of the Chicago Public Library and my mom was LRC Director of my school. I guess my love of books is in my DNA. I am a fairly new writer. I started my first book in January of 2023 and am currently working on my second in a series that will consist of five books.

Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
My favorite authors are Anne Easter Smith, Karen Harper, and Laura Ingles Wilder. My favorite genre to read is a toss up between fantasy and historical fiction. All the authors I mentioned inspire my writing. They take stories that come from history and create stories that open up my imagination with their complex characters and locations.

Tell us a little about your latest book?
My first book is called Chronicles of Asadore – Quest to the Emberlands. This is the first book in a planned five book series. Quest to the Emberlands introduces us to Ellie and her journey learning about her family’s secret, that they are from another world called Asadore. She discovers that she is Keeper of the Water Element. She must decide if she will accept her destiny. She journeys to Asadore with her three best friends and meets Elizabeth and George, two other

Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I was raised in Harahan, LA. A small town on the outskirts of New Orleans. I now live in Harahan a block away from where I grew up. We have plenty of pets. 2 doodles, a goat named Rocky (who inspired the book series I am writing), three main chickens and a bearded dragon.

At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
Ever since medical school, I felt that I had a knack for writing stories. It started in eighth grade English. But I didn’t start writing professionally until this year. My wife and I have been talking about writing a book about our kids, goat and duck, for a long time. And just recently I found but this is something I could actually do professionally. I started out with writing and producing teaching material for premed and medical students. I also created teaching material for family medicine residents as well. And I have always loved reading to my kids before bedtime, and felt that I would like to bring that back for other families that have reading material with morals and life lessons.

Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
As of recently, I’ve been reading a lot of material on business I have investments. But in the past I have liked reading the Game of Thrones series and if I had to say my favorite genre, I would have to say it would be famously non-fiction and mystery. I mean going back to my childhood and reading to my kids I would have to say definitely Dr. Seuss Who stories and books have stuck with me through the years and I guess have inspired me to try and write, and that kind of rhyming style.

Tell us a little about your latest book?
My latest book is the first and a series of books about a goat name, Rocky and a duck named chippy. This series was inspired by my daughter and sons, pet, goat and duck. They became really good friends and chippy. Would follow Rocky everywhere. They would sleep together and play together. They would aggravate one another. They would get in trouble together. And these stories will tell those tales along with some moral lessons and some other life lessons. We will touch on lessons, such as friendship, work ethic, loyalty, bullying, helping one, another, being friendly to one another, and excepting each other for our differences.

I really hope the series brings back good nighttime and bedtime readings for families with wholesome content

I am from India and I love writing, dancing and enjoy good music. I love interacting with people and being a social magnet. I am super determined, confident and move seamlessly towards my goals – both professional and as a mother.

At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
Well I loved reading when I was young. Enid Blyton books were my favourite. As I grew up, I began writing small articles for a Sharjah Daily newspaper. When I received appreciation for the same, I slowly developed a keep interest towards writing and published my first book at the age of 19 called ‘No Time To Pause’.

Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I love reading Khaled Hosseini books. They just keep me hooked. I love reading fiction novels. My inspiration comes from daily life. Apart from books, I also write articles for prestigious magazines.

Tell us a little about your latest book?
‘Our Perfectly Blended Chaos’ is a fiction novel. Destiny brings its twists and turns when Payal decides to set on a path that defines her fate.
