A baby named Josie is crying up a storm, and no matter what Mommy and Daddy did, they just can’t get baby Josie to fall asleep. During the evening, while the milkman is finishing up his route delivering milk, he hears poor Josie crying, so he offers Mommy and Daddy some help. The milkman brings his determination, and some milk, to get her to fall asleep for the night.
