Dr. Liz Jenkins is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Relationship Coach who has spent more than 38 years helping couples repair, rebuild, and reimagine their relationship. With over 75,000 hours of experience, she’s known for her warm, practical, and very human approach to breaking painful patterns and restoring connection.

She is the creator of Marriage Makeover™, Couples Smart Restart™—her signature 6-week reset—and Weekend Reconnect™, programs that give couples a clear, compassionate path forward. She’s also the author of The Marriage Reset and its companion workbook, which offer research-backed tools in her signature down-to-earth style.

Married to her husband, Mike, for 38 years, Dr. Liz brings lived wisdom and humor to her work.
