Brian Cox was a criminal investigator and intelligence officer in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He was also a martial art and self defense instructor for over 30 years. While working for a police college, he went to China to study their police training and stayed living there for seven years. He has contacts amongst the police and intelligence agencies in both China and the USA.
