Matthew Aubert has been a student of life-long learning on human excellence for more than 25 years. As a youngster, Matt knew that life had something more to offer. Searching how to change his life, Matt found out the problem was him, it was his thinking and strategies that got him stuck at times. Matt realized that your level of success will rarely exceed your level of personal development because success is something you attract by the person you become.
From that day forward Matt has invested in himself and started reading more on personal development, fitness, health physics and becoming financially independent. He has authored 4 excellent books in personal development, fitness, and self-help with more to follow.
Matt is a former certified personal trainer turned public speaker and health physics instructor with a BS in Environmental Management. Serving our country in both the Navy and Army being deployed to Iraq during Desert Storm and Bosnia during Yugoslavia restructuring. Matt is a Registered Radiation Protection Technologist, Human Performance Practitioner and a member of Toastmasters to reinforce his speaking skills.
As a teenager, Matt competed in freestyle bicycle flatland ground trick competitions ranking in top 5 throughout Texas in the expert class. Matt’s hobbies include Crossfit type workouts, bicycle riding, racquetball, basketball, reading and writing books.
Matt is married to his beautiful wife Susana and together they have 6 children. When not writing or working Matt enjoys spending time with his family as Matt has always said, “Time is precious and you cannot replace it, so use it wisely.”
