David Good, the irresistible London based private investigator with questionable morals, a taste for blondes and a big sense of humour, is back.
An unscheduled visit to church sees Good sign up for what appears to be a straightforward missing person case. But it soon lands him in hospital and takes his emotions on a roller-coaster trip he wasn’t expecting.
And if that wasn’t enough, an ex-convict with revenge on his mind comes looking for Good, an elderly woman has him chasing her old man around town and a nubile young thing with insatiable appetites keeps making unreasonable demands on his over-worked body.
Join the hottest new private investigator on the south side of the Thames on another action packed journey through 1980s London.

Ben is the author of the David Good, Private Investigator stories. Set in London during the 1980s, they follow the adventures of a PI in tune with his neck of the woods and in possession of some distinctly pliable morals. The stories place a big emphasis on relationships, especially those between Good and the many women that pass through his life, and all come served with a side-order of humour.
Ben was born in London and spent most of his childhood in the semi-rural environs of north-west Kent, before heading off to the altogether different and industrial metropolis of Manchester for three years as an under-graduate.
Ben now lives in rural Northamptonshire in the English Midlands with his family and a heavily over-worked computer.
