A B.R.A.G. Medallion winner, this is the story of Elizabeth Woodville, the wife of King Edward IV and the mother of the Princes in the Tower. As an impoverished widow, she was wooed and won by the handsome young king and believed her dreams had come true. But she was soon swept up in the War of the Roses, enduring hardship and danger as her husband struggled to keep his throne. When he died unexpectedly Elizabeth was unable to protect her family against the ruthless ambitions of the man he trusted above all others. It was the king’s brothers, the unstable Duke of Clarence and the loyal Duke of Gloucester, who would prove to be Elizabeth’s most dangerous enemies.

Susan was born in England, which is where she learned to love English history. She happily spends half the year in Canada with her children and grandchildren, and the other half in Mexico with the sun and sand and sea. (No prizes for guessing which months are spent where.) When she isn’t writing – or marketing – Susan likes to read, paint with oils and frolick in the sea. Writing will always be her first love. She was fortunate enough to have had two books published traditionally and now has 6 ebooks with another almost ready for publication. Her books have won Brag Medallions, a Chill with a Book Award and one was a finalist for the MM Bennetts Award.
