Either go straight to Fritz, or start with the warm-up. There you learn to better control your thoughts, emotions and impulses when necessary. The rest of the time let them flow strong and free.
Fritz’ goal is to make you fully aware of the NOW. The NOW of this moment for you as you read this sentence. The NOW for me as I type it. Being in the flow of the NOW gives you a more accurate map of Reality to better meet the needs of the moment, and to increase love, joy, freedom, creativity and adventure in your life.
Instead of being in the NOW, most of us live in little, smelly boxes, smothered under layers and layers of words, filling our days with lifeless routine. We live a short distance from our bodies, far, far from the flow of Reality.
