Featured Interview With Pamela Murdaugh-Smith
Tell us a little about yourself. Where were you raised? Where do you live now?
I was born and raised in Florida, a native who never crossed the state line until I turned twenty-one. Since then I’ve lived in four other states, and at the present reside in the Midwest. Married for twenty-six years, we have two children who also ride motorcycles. Other than Harleys, horses are my passion, and for a time I had a small equine rescue ranch. At this time I have no pets, but do have a couple of ‘Iron Horses’ who chomp at the bit out in the garage!
I write non-traditional Biker Fiction with very unique storylines, and a much different feel than the traditional books about bikers. One look at my reviews and you will see that my readers have enjoyed a new and different reading experience. This would be the perfect time for interested readers to pick up one or more of my books, especially the trilogy’s, as I am having a ‘Back to School Sale’ and each of my books have been reduced to just 0.99! (This week only!)
At what age did you realize your fascination with books? When did you start writing?
Okay, I’m about to date myself here, but the truth is I was hooked at ‘See Spot run!’ I devoured my elementary school library and it only got worse from there. I wrote and published my first book in mid-summer 2014. At this time I have eight published works and three in progress.
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
Tolkien and King. I’ll read anything, but I lean towards Fantasy and Suspense. Thus far, my characters and storylines have begun from life experience. You know, the things we’ve done, people we’ve known, events we’ve attended, things we’ve said and heard. Once a memory kicks my imagination into gear, the ride is on!
Tell us a little about your latest book?
Brenna’s Club, the third and last book of ‘The Brenna Series’, which is a unique take on MC Romance, Erotica. The passion is raw and fierce, and can stir unexpected emotions as the story unfolds. My advice is to read the reviews before you commit to this one!
