I always loved reading which was a nighttime activity when I was a child and then reading to my children. I often thought about writing a book long before I actually did, which was only this year
Who are your favorite authors to read? What is your favorite genre to read. Who Inspires you in your writings?
I am a reader of natural health, live experience mainly in my adult life.
Tell us a little about your latest book?
Inspired by my research into my own health, tiredness, sleeplessness, loss of appetite, increase in weight, aches, nausea. To me all unexplained as I have an active, eat well (so I thought) it just made no sense to be feeling so weak all the time. I cam across many articles on parasites, now we all know we need to worm ourselves but I was astounded to find that these creatures cause many of the simplest ailments, that the whole cycle of killing and re-infection is part of the problem. What I did not know is how easily we are infected, in fact we have created the perfect breeding ground for these monsters to grow and be spread. I also found that I spent hours upon hours searching for information (there is so much out there but not consolidate and really most people just don’t have the time or the inclination plus it is also a subject many do not talk about, and therefore do not realise how rampant a problem it is, and so here is my book for those who do not know how to protect themselves, why they need and how it is really simple to do so…. they could start feeling better.
