C. Anderson was born in the midst of a civil war in Nigeria. Growing up in Ghana and Liberia, she moved back to the United States when in her early teens. In college she studied cross cultural communication at North Central University and later earned a Master’s degree from Fuller Seminary in Global Leadership. Other than a few sabbaticals, she and her husband have lived the past 27 years in Asia. They have three adult children who were all born in the mountain nation of Nepal. They now reside most of the time in Thailand.
Anderson is an experienced field practitioner and leader. She is especially passionate about training, coaching, inspiring, equipping, and walking alongside indigenous church planters. Developing and mentoring emerging indigenous leaders to reach their potential is another one of her primary passions.
By God’s grace, she has been privileged to play a key role in catalyzing several significant and growing disciple making movements in Asian nations. Though she has served in numerous senior level leadership roles in her organization and speaks in conferences globally, she most enjoys the hands on making of disciples among the unreached in a local context.
Her hobbies are running half marathons with her husband, reading, gardening, hanging out in coffee shops, enjoying authentic local food and participating in cultural events in her neighborhood and city.
K. Sutter has been training and coaching disciple-makers/church planters for over 30 years. He has a wife and four children and has lived in Latin America, Southeast Asia and South Asia. His travels have taken him to six continents and some of the world’s most isolated and remote peoples. He currently leads a missions movement with hundreds of teams working among hundreds of unreached people groups. Together their united purpose is: to empower unreached peoples to become obedient disciples of Jesus and help them start transformational disciple-making movements. He enjoys doing all he can to serve these teams and to help them stay focused. He has two blogs “Kingdom Reflection” at www.kingdomreflection.com, and “Stirred to Action” at www.stirred2action.com
