These stories (Blue Light Christmas being released in 2016 and this being a sequel) was created to help create a face to the uniform. There are always those within the Emergency Services that have to work those key events, Christmas being just one of them, which is where the idea for the Blue Light books came from. Blue Light Christmas is a family story, to entertain and at the same time raise money for COPs charity.
Available in eBook and Paperback with pricing to match the same profits to go to COPs.

Stories created from a wild imagination which in turn is reflected in my children’s imaginations. What better way to encourage them to harness that and never be scared to dream than put my own imagination out there. Wanting to nurture creativity, I released my first adult thriller novel Footprints On The Other Side. This was closely followed by starting a five-part series of novelettes forming part of The Magdon Series. These represent a story grown alongside his children created to nurture a sense of bravery and adversity in the face of fear. Each instalment being 10-12,000 words in length making the series accessible to all ages. Encouraged by the support and reviews of readers in 2016 Blue Light Christmas was released which was a charity endeavour with all profits being donated to Care Of Police Survivors.
The books by “Tobey Alexander” are released to show everyone that you can follow your dreams and where traditional Agents and Publishers may cast the unknown aside this does not mean there is not merit in your work. Take an idea, a dream, nurture it, realise it and release it…
Always one for keeping fit and fighting against growing older and wider (yes that was the right spelling) I was asked by my oldest son what adventures he could go on. As a teen Iwas in the Air Training Corps but since leaving life took over. Not wanting to see a life of console playing and TV watching one Sunday afternoon I took my oldest son to the Peak District and spent the afternoon climbing Mam Tor (via a very long dad knew best but was the wrong route). Blisters aside something had been awoken in his son. That same year aged seven my son and I son packed our bags last minute and headed to Wales. Climbing Snowdon was an achievement both revelled in, the pride of seeing him stood at the summit was something awe-inspiring.
Sadly this followed a spell of hospitalisation and illness for my son (unrelated to the climb), but all the time in hospital and recovery his only question was “can I climb a mountain again?”
Now that inspired an agreement between them and a desire for me to lead from the front and show what can be done. Attached to a drip and facing months of recovery and checks how can I accept an excuse not to ASPIRE TO INSPIRE?
