Author Bio:
Stephen Shaiken practiced criminal law in Brooklyn, N.Y. and San Francisco CA for more than thirty years. He is a graduate of Queens College and Brooklyn Law School, and earned an M.A. in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University.He currently splits his time between Bangkok, Thailand, and Tampa, Florida.
Stephen has written numerous short stories, several of which are available on his blog, including his most recently published work. Stephen writes mostly crime and suspense, but also humor, literary, and occasional science fiction stories. His decades as a criminal trial lawyer are often embedded in writing.
